Not all share this point of view, but in my opinion a greyhound
is the harmonical combination of opposites. A truly mythical animal,
a dragon sleeping on your couch. A firework of emotions beneath
their aristocratic behaviour, a streamlined silhouette with all the
elegance and functionality of a racing car. Loving, kind and lazy
sybarites with an amazing willpower. Wonderful companions and
hunters. They will wail like an opera singer when you trim their claws
and will continue the chase, disregarding injured paws.
They are patient and cheeky, trusting and crafty, serious and jolly –
the list is endless! The greyhound is not only a breed, it is a tradition.
Ancient, unchanging and close to perfection. For centuries it has been
the embodiment of dignity, wit and speed.
